This time of the year is always exciting and busy. The UTHSC library has been conducting orientations for new students since early July. Online resources are readily available from any computer on campus, but to use them from off campus you must register with the library. To do so, you can either register online or download and submit the PDF form

Want remote access to the library's electronic resources? You will need to register with the library. If you are
having trouble using the online registration form or if you don't know your NetID and password, here is the solution - paper registration form. When completed, e-mail the form to the library at utlibrary@utmem.edu or fax it to 901-448-7235.

The library’s NIH Public Access Information page has a downloadable submission flowchart.
If your peer-reviewed manuscripts have been accepted for publication on or after April 7, 2008, they must be submitted electronically to PubMed Central (PMC). Download the flowchart or visit our web page for more help.

You can access over 2000 online journals from home. Simply visit the library's e-journals page. Almost all the titles listed are accessible from off-campus (campus-only titles are clearly marked).

The most current list of electronic journals is in the alphabetical listing of ejournals. Because of contractual agreements with publishers, some journals have access restrictions; these are noted in the listing. You can also check the online catalog to determine whether we have a particular journal--in print or online. Send us your questions about an electronic resources.
