Remote Access to UpToDate

To gain remote access to library’s electronic resources including UpToDate, you’ll need to register with the library. You will need your UT NetID and password to complete the online registration form.
Your NetID is the the "name" part of your UT email address. So, if your UT email address is "jpublic@utmem.edu", then your NetID is jpublic. If you don't know your NetID, search for your name in the UT directory.
If you don’t know your password, contact Help Desk at helpdesk@utmem.edu or call 901-448-2222.
If you can’t use the online registration form for some reason, please send an email to utlibrary@utmem.edu or call 901-448-5404; toll free 1-877-747-0004. We will fax or email you the registration form upon request.
